IPS plan may go to voters

Under the new law voters will have the right to voice their opinion Nov 14th.

More than 250 signatures were filed with the county this week asking for a referendum on Indianapolis Public Schools' proposed $278 million building blitz.
County officials are working to verify that those who signed are registered voters or property owners, Voter Registration Board member Linda Mowery said.
