Complaint filed with City County Council

With the new administrations concern about Ethic concerns within our city government I feel compelled to complain to the city council at this time.

With the last election base on two concern of the citizens of this city, the raise of the local income tax and the investigation of Monroe Gray, I am concerned that the voter concerns are not being carry out.

Here it is the end of March and no meeting has been held by the committee that was initiated by Council Resolution No. 80, 2007 to consider certain allegations against Councilor Monroe Gray. My question is why this committee has not been initiated. Are some parties refusing to initiate this committee meeting?

I, as a concern citizen of this city would also like for a committee of this type to have more people outside the city council to be involved. With the way that these committees are set up with only two members from each party, it can not be effective in getting such issue before the full council.
