It was a non binding resolution. Not a fiscal ord. No expense was passed onto anyone. It was just a show of support.
They agreed to support and PROVIDE RESOURCES Necessary. Now where is the money going to come from for all that overtime paid to our police department? Not to mention the extra work to be done so Indianapolis will look its best for the football fans.
Now what did you say about no expense passed on to anyone?
