City County Tax

I meant to post this last month but I must be getting old and forgot. It seems that our Councilman Vern B Brown is concern with the Marion County income tax that they voted to raise last year. Now he wants the council to look into the law to see if they can lower the rate once again.
It seems that Mr. Brown forgot that most of the city council voted to increase the very same tax, most of whom was defeated in the last election. If I understand the Indiana law, you can only visit this tax once every two years.
