Its 3:30 pm now and the voting will end in a couple of hours. I wonder, will the candidate that thinks Indiana is so important forget about us? Will they even step foot back into this state in the next few years. I have my doubts. We have seen everything from Hillary Clinton drinking whiskey at a local bar to Obama playing basketball.
Maybe both canidates took a lesson from our Mayor, Greg Ballard, that people votes for the person that gets out and meets the people. Act like they are just like you and me in everyday life. But, I can not see either Hillary or Obama pulling in a gas station filling up their own car. I can not see them shopping at Marsh or Kroger or can I see them walking into Wal-Mart or Target. I can not see Obana coming to your house for lunch after this election like he did in Beech Grove last week.
So in the very near future the people of Indiana will be forgotten like we have been for years when it comes to the primaries of the past. Stay turn for the real fight now, the winner of today's election and the republican winner but I can't see them coming back here like they have in the past weeks.
