Texas Supreme Court ruled in favor of polygamist sect.
The Texas Supreme Court ruling paves the way for parents in the polygamist sect to get their children return to them.

The high court agreed with the lower court that CPS failed to show immediate danger to the 400 children that they took into foster care.
"On the record before us, removal of the children was not warranted," the justices said in their ruling issued in Austin.

The court said there may still be restrictions on parents on where the children could live. But, my opinion is if they had no right to take these children how can they now put restrictions on these families?
