California citizens get the right to vote

It seems that the citizens has the right to over rule the California Supreme Court ruling on gay Marriage. To qualify for the ballot, the measure needed 694,354 petition signatures, an amount equal to 8 percent of the votes cast during the last governor's race.

But what happens if they proceed with the marriage? Will the ones who get married from now still the election be valid? The court could put a hold on this until the people have the right to vote which I believe would be the right thing to do.

Do we want the courts to set the rules for the citizens even in Indiana? Its about time that we had the right to vote in this state if we want gay marrage or not.

you're a garbage man. You pass around garbage. Your blogs smell of it. I bet I'm the first person to read this "blog" in months! Not even worth it.
