voluntary tax statements

Hendricks County residents it seems received a "voluntary" tax statement in the mail in the last few days. How many other counties will do this this year. Its rumored that some counties will be hurting because they will not get this years tax bills out as late as November. That will hit people around their Christmas shopping time. It will also make at a great Christmas gift for some who are just scraping by as it is.
